Growing fast is exciting, until everyone has a different idea of what the company actually is.

Easygo didn't lack ambition, but it was misguided without direction. It had become a collection of successful products without a shared story. So we introduced the idea of building the future of Fearless Tech, giving the business a strategic north star to unify its purpose, positioning, values and brand voice.  

The lesson? A brand isn’t what you make. It’s what connects everything you make.

What I did:

Brand strategy, Comms strategy, Creative direction, Copywriting, Executive management

What it influenced:

  • Unified a rapidly growing business around a single strategic direction and purpose.  

  • Defined the brand’s purpose, vision, mission, positioning, values and personality for the first time.

  • Established “The Future of Fearless Tech” as the organising idea for future brand, marketing and employer branding initiatives.

  • Created a consistent tone of voice that could scale across recruitment, product and corporate communications.  

  • Informed the creative direction for Easygo’s first large-scale employer brand campaign.
